We combine mindfulness techniques like meditation, labyrinth exercises,  breathing exercises and stretching, with elements from other types of therapy such as EMDR, Art Therapy, Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, Hypnotherapy and more to help break the negative thought patterns that are characteristic of various problematic issues.
