I use this Solution Focused Therapy for clients who have a particular issue they want to address without investing in the long haul. Typically, I work with a client for approximately 5-10 individual sessions when using this type of therapy.  Issues such as phobias, self-esteem issues, anxiety, situational events and more can be addressed via Solution Focused Therapy.  My clients learn and experience helpful coping skills that often helps them feel relief quickly.
